Production of carbon steel platform
For our client, we produced a service platform in carbon steel with an aluminium floor. The welding method was 135.
80% of the entire construction is a bolted assembly involving a large number of holes in the profiles and plates. Thanks to our plasma cutting centre, we were able to meet the short prefabrication deadline (2x 8-hour shift).
The customer's inspection after blank assembly took place in our workshop, and following the customer's approval, painting was carried out. Packing was carried out by a professional company specialising in sea freight. The platform was transported to Asia.
