Double and triple jacketed piping for sensitive media

Three-walled piping systems are used for products that must be kept at a constant temperature, maintain consistent texture (e.g., density), and not be affected by external temperature fluctuations. To perfectly maintain the product's temperature, three-layer piping is used: the product, such as syrup, flows through the innermost pipe (1st pipe), hot water circulates in the middle pipe (2nd pipe) to preserve the product's desired texture, and the outermost pipe (3rd pipe) contains insulation, such as vermiculite.
This three-walled pipe system is also used in applications requiring maximum cleanliness, where traditional insulation materials, such as mineral wool, cannot be used.
